Rush Orders: If you need your video within 24 hours, just tell us. We can deliver it faster for an extra charge of ₹1000, and we’ll confirm the delivery time when you place your order.
2. Delivery Method
Your final video will be sent to you on WhatsApp or through a secure Google Drive link. The video will be in MP4 format, which works on most phones and devices. You will receive the file as a WhatsApp document or a Google Drive link. If you need a different format or delivery method, please let us know while placing your order.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To get your Video on Time, please send us all the needed Photos, Videos, and Event Details Quickly.
If there’s any Delay in Sending Materials or giving approval, your Delivery may take longer.
4. Revisions and Approval
After you get the first draft, you can ask for One Free Revision.
Please send your revision requests within 10 days with clear Feedback.
Once you approve the Final Video, the Project is Complete, and we’ll send you the Final File.
